DELIVERY POLICY
In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and consumer protection laws, the following delivery conditions apply for orders shipped within Turkey:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery times vary depending on the shipping address but generally range between 2-7 business days.
- Deliveries are carried out via contracted courier services. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions).
- If the package arrives damaged, customers must report it to the courier at the time of delivery and contact customer service within 24 hours with supporting evidence (photos and detailed description) to initiate a claim.
- If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery again or leave a notice for pickup at the nearest branch. Failure to collect the package within the courier’s specified timeframe may result in the order being returned to the Company. In such cases, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For any disputes regarding delivery, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and relevant consumer protection laws shall apply. In case of disputes, the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
