How long does it take for the cargo to reach me?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Turkey.

3. What happens if I am not at the delivery address?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a pickup notice. If the package is not collected within the courier’s deadline, it will be returned to us, and reshipping costs may apply.
4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

5. Can I return or exchange underwear, swimwear, or bikinis?
Due to hygiene and health regulations, underwear, swimwear, and bikinis cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened or the product has been tried on. If the product is defective or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. You must provide photos and details of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
